How do I use my Longhairs® #13 BlissTips Ends oil?

To begin with, use it sparingly and judiciously.

It results in a different textures for different needs, this is why it's so versatile. #13 Longhairs® Bliss Tips oil can be used for:

... adding shine to freshly dried hair

....re-treating on wet clean ends

....on your legs and bikini for shaving rash

Always best used i conjunction with our line of products.

YES....

there is room for it all...you CAN use #13-A Bliss as a re-treat, try it sometimes INSTEAD of the #10-B :-) There must be 12 hours time between that and your 10-B night pretreat to be enough time, or the 10-B won't penetrate.  

Feeling like a nice hot oil treat?...

do a pretreat of #13 Bliss Tips before retiring, as well, on the same day you did #13-A Bliss re-treat... Not necessary but a righteous option, variety can be therapeutic:-) When pretreating with #13-A Bliss Tips, you can apply it thinly with a light palming 3/4 up or so, ...don't forget to layer with hot water from the tap:-) Look up re-treating and look up pre-treating.

How should I NOT use my #13 Bliss oil?

#13 Bliss Tip oil Should NOT be used directly before any of the fortifying components,eg; NOT before #10's #19 Honeybee, #11 Magicspray, ESPECIALLY DURING A RE-TREAT SESSION. Used in the wrong order, your Bliss Oil will temporarily block out the proteins making the hair feel 'rough or 'dry feeling'.By all means use your #13 Bliss oil in the correct order which is AFTER these items to seal the proteins IN or to retain moisture stabilize drying time with or without applying proteins first.

#13-A Blisstips after #10-B, is re-retreating OK?

I wouldn't do the #13-A re-re-treat (and re-pretreating) TOO often, you will find that #13-A will eventually overpower the overall feel and absorbency (because it is an oil) of the shampooing treat and retreat in future events, it is more aggressive. Use #13-A on top of the retreat of #10-B only once in a while as a little treat, can do it 'only' when it is feeling silky after the 10-B, if hair begins to feel coarse during washing,you've doubled-up too much, hold off on doing it. Similarily a pre or retreat of #10-A could cause the same result,not entirely wrong... just if you do...do in moderation. #19 loves it
more than #10-B. #10-B has it's own closure properties, while #19 doesn't and appreciates #13-A, as re-PRE-treat more #19 is slow-penetrating so it may hold it wet while seeping in.

#13- A quick note especialy during humidity, #13-A Bliss on Airdried hair and already dried hair is totally different from on damp wet or the re-retreat or re-pretreat elswhere mentioned... this is perfectly fine to do as follows. On dried hair that is too wispy, tip bottle while holding hand covering the top, tip tip back, turn on tap, rub hands together to mix with #13-A a little hot water and glide over surface. On dried hair it does not impede anything as stated as a re-... if you desire to do it daily, this way of applying is totally not the same as the other use I was saying to watch out for doing too often, this can be done as needed provided it does what you hoped it would do for the look:-)
