OK, The way to officially go about this is for her to go ahead and order the MP she needs, and in additional notes area, she'd request that a certain $ amount be deducted off her creditcard and when she wants to make more payment(s) she would let us know and at such points, we'll keep taking it off her total.

Six month-ers of the Magicpacks or related 'put-together' components, these such named items bunches(there are 4 of these) will usually last a fair bit longer than stated, especially if your hair is presently shorter. One bottle that was compared to their old brand, lasted 3 times longer less filler is one reason. Yes... even if you do the recommended 4 tiny lathers. The longer you use our stuff, as directed, the less you need.

With your Longhairs® Magicpack she will help along the way by your side, busily setting everything up, doing tests, supervising your on-line-diary notes you'll keep, and prescribing as you evolve. Everything new needs practise, some people need help.It is just typing... after all...and not everyone finds it easy to understand, some people also interpret things differently.We understand and have staff trained to help with those specific issues.

Perhaps this may work with chemical products and product that need such help. We don't. By following our diresctions for our products with our products... you will get very smooth hair that without a forced hand is staying smooth.

This might also work where the products(even some natural) chemicals regardless of temperature spread what good oils(processed or emulsified) might happen to be in their stuff. I guess it also depends on the nature theory (if there is even one) and strength of what they might be using. It (luke warm water and rinsed with cold) certainly isn't a 'long hair do or die rule' of any sort and we don't keep this in mind prior to making any product for long hair just to make it in the way certain people want to use one out there. There is no general rule that we look for to follow when we manufacture except success.

I do know you cannot move butter or good oils around properly like you think you are doing with lukewarm or cool water unless where is a high detergent value to do the job. The oils in our products and the nature of it are not such chemical, but designed to melt in at higher than body temperature (many reasons for this) without the use of the chemicals or pre-processings that an average consumer may not understand. Our products sufficiently 'open to accept' when they are supposed to, 'penetrate and close' on their own when they are supposed to, it's programmed in...unlike 'outside' products that coat or are 'simple-natured in design.

The temperature controls that you are choosing  because of a tip here an there that are not speaking of Longhairs products at all,  are only tips for common products that produce these needs that they arose from. Doing this with the temperature with our products is definitely going to meddle with the way our products were designed to work, which they do completely on their own ...unique in the way and depth that they penetrate. In other words what you need to do for other products out there our products do 'for you' and 'with and on it's own accord if you provide the environment it needs to naturally do so and not interfere in such a way.

The need to apply outside information on our perfectly well instructed product is indeed overkill. There is no need here for outside tips that are contrary to manufacturers directions. There is no need to make a product that feeds into these theories as we are beyond making a generic product work as that is backwards thinking. 

Doing 'other directions' is like not following direction on a cake mix, because you deemed them not normal and then complain because it came out less than right.. ..after you changed the clear instructions. Besides the fact that scalp's, natural oil production system has properties that need to be activated, circulation ceated or allowed so your body can properly cleanse (plugged up scalps solidified oil in there that goes rancid, is often why some people's long hair up close smells like an old boot and their hairlines face and backs are pimply.)

Any good oil including your scalp's own oil(if it is clean and not rancid)needs to flow and not be solidified into waxy plugs.(honest...we have no conspiracy with your hot water provider) Just with most of our stuff works best with our instructions because the instructions are made for the product, not because we never checked  around or forgot to ask what hoops people need to go through to make some things do their job.

When a mirror squeaks it is not because it dry it is because it is smooth and glassy, and not rough.

Have you read what each lathering does on our website?.Did you do the special app on the ends thing till creamy with the shampoo?
Have you used the product for longer than 1 or 2 times before deciding to change how to do it. Our recommended instructions that have worked to achieve success over quarter of a century focusing on longhair.  User should keep in mind that it always takes time to turn over the hair into a new product.

Your old product no matter how 'natural' was a completely different composition that ours. Practise also makes perfect. If you had problems with limp hair before, tangles before, no shine and texture problems before we recommend you learn to give things more of a chance past first impression. Seems is the correct word, because it is not. In fact it is preparing your hair to accept the conditioner properly on a correctly prepared slate. If you choose to change the number of latherings to what you see as 'normal' or 'reasonable' you will not get as good results and you'll be using more conditioner than shampoo in total to compensate, same as if you were to do procedure incorrectly or halfway.

We provide by obligation, what tutorial or information is tested by time and us, the manufacturer because it works best. If we provide 'normal instructions that would mean we'd have to make a mediocre product that matches them. Just so we don't rock the proverbial boat.  It is about doing what you need to do to get superbly unusual results. well with most of us anyway.

Incidentally, the same rules as with s*x, you can do it quickly and many times as long as it is done correctly, and feels good

Q:I have been using natural products in my hair for years since I started growing my hair, what's the difference? Everything natural is all the same purpose to clean the hairs...isn't natural natural and doesn't natural generic include long hair?

A: If generic is your bag it's your bag.If you believe 'natural is a description that tell you anything, Eg: natural beef, natural bread, made with natural flour, natural rosemary (is there non-natural rosemary?)

You get the picture.You're mistaking a natural product for general use, as for what's making the general rule. You might be confusing that type of product with products made for long hair especially, that IS naturally pathed for very specific results. Our product and directions are specifically designed to deal with and prevent long hair issues. Don't confuse 'natural' (sales pitch word) with 'good for your needs'. As a standard 'natural' is what we feel is the way everything should just 'be'. Without considering 'natural' as a bonus. Ask yourself does everything natural in the world belong in one classification.... and belong on your hair, good for long hair? 'Natural' is not the only credential necessary to make it 'for' long hair..Our NO list

EVERYBODY  at all lengths should be using 'natural' stuff and there shouldn't 'be' anything else and then for long hair there is us where we are natural of course... but we specialize at Longhairs. Special product special purpose, special instructions.

Because the nature of our products are so different than other lines that ours need to be used together for the best results.Our shampoos and conditioners were carefully and specifically made for eachother, and interact together like a marriage or match made in heaven...therefore they are sold together.

Enough. If you use not enough shampoo in each dose, or don't wash often as daily with those 4-5 little shampoo applications... you'll find that need more conditioner. Be sure to always scrub conditioners into the scalp before detangling. Provided you've used the shampoo as directed... the approximate #10-B conditioner for very long, 2 tablespoons, (#9-Trees version use 3 tbsp) as directed and it should melt in right away, 'if' you shampooed right according to our direction.

Absolutely! Yes. no restrictions when we categorize... just different options;-) You are expected to use the finer as scritchers regardless of hair's thickness, but you'd use a no other type to pull through, that is a fine hair option, but pulling a scritcher thru is not mandatory.

Stimulating tines

...for a very buzzy-feel for mainly scalp, very fine and very buzzy-feel especially for pores and scalp stimulating, medium feeling rubbing/stimulating and rubbing, or more suited for rubbing/combing. one of each of these is a good thing... it's in the tines(teeth).

Glider tines

...for a same but moderated buzzy-feel, because it's designed shape wise for many uses a 'different feeling' Scritching, combing hair strands and lengths and fell/swoop scrubby-rubbing, Gorgeous keepsakes, lifetime heirlooms if you use and care for all these well. Got to have one of these too... makes long or any hair shiny!! no tangles.

Crossover tines

...for a moderate buzzy-feel as it is for both purposes, combing and scalp all can be used for both stimulating scalp and rubbing. Still feels rrrrreally gooood! Got to have a few of these too... makes roots and strand happy long or any hair shiny but doesn't over stimulate (is that even possible??)!!

then...

'Some of each the area that touch the scalp tines are contoured/curved edge-line, and some are a flat line then there's a different feel and effect with thicker and thinner tines.

'Classics' are good for de-frizzing and for combing straight or straightened hair (avoid styling products not to be used directly with horn combs)

Have LML help or choose some then ask if you want to cover all bases.order them for pets too!

Use nothing on your comb to treat it, but lanolin, preferably our lanolin, it is sister to the horn, from the same animal, oil is not just oil, it is not a matter of being 'good'? it must be correct though, it does matter. (I could envision LML making you promise before selling you a raw beauty...use only our unsulfonated lanolin, or nothing. To begin with, it somewhat waterproofs and seals it, any other soakingin will swell-up and ruin your horncomb.

NEVER GET YOUR HORNCOMB WET... NEVER KEEP IT BY YOUR SINK OR IN THE BATHROOM

YES she is really good with these wonders and will try to fit you with one if you need!!All you need to do is order a few that you like and put a note for someone to contact you before billing...(credit cards don't get billed automatically on-line FYI for better-personal-service reasons) and we can work with you after that, we do need a pending order with credit card ifo or we'd be doing this all day for people just 'wondering'.
