When you worked out before, did you feel the need to wash
your hair? if so... do the whole kit-n-kaboodle with the #18 (it's fine used on sweaty scalp) or don't #18 and wash
and simply #26 Chillout to post-workout detox and wait to wash
in the morning and put the hair up when you shower after workouts.
The #18 and my shampoos were made for each-other so wash
as often as you want, provided you keep the routines together. and a day is a day no matter how many times you washed
