Right before it dries twist hair in one twist or two piggies and hang it down your back, hang a zip-up fleece hoodie and by the time you get to work, the kick will be out your of the curl.

Ask me to show you in person how the African Queens solve questions like this, but more elegantly with a Poshmina:-) 15 to an hour and length is regained!!

Tip #2, smoothcomb before towelling up and getting out of the shower often make a difference in curl, as does doing rosette(Star Wars star) twists on either side of the head or more when almost dry our hair with our products responds quickly and well to any 'forming' activities' that you reason to do..

YES, to remove dead hairs as well as brushing pulls evenly and gently exercising roots.... Dead hairs will longterm spoil your curl so YES, but only before pretreating at night, your hairs will rearrange it's bonds back to curl right inside overnight and with washing in the morning.

Just brush enough to get the job done NOT 100 STROKES that is a bit "old school" and is not necessary with our system. Brushing before pretreating makes the pretreat afterwards much easier to apply and therefore, PT is much more effective after brushing to smooth (albeit a little fuzzy...easier to PT than on still-loopy locks).

and... nothing beats the Longhairs Kinder brushes for this brushing!!

No, you don't need to rinse out pretreat before #18-ing, it is usually dried by morning, and isn't gooped in at the scalp at all, the coast should be clear for a clean application, and any sweat is OK to scritch over:-)

Pulled smoothly across the back of the head from the side where your swirly crown is residing, over to the opposite side.

Try switching sides periodically for a few nights a month over to the same side as your swirly crown to periodically rest the roots.

The Pocahontas-style ponytail should reside and terry-tied every few inches starting right behind the ear lobe, so sleeping on the side puts the hairtie flush in the nook below the jaw-joint.

This is done after brushing then pretreating.

When you worked out before, did you feel the need to wash your hair? if so... do the whole kit-n-kaboodle with the #18 (it's fine used on sweaty scalp) or don't #18 and wash and simply #26 Chillout to post-workout detox and wait to wash in the morning and put the hair up when you shower after workouts.

The #18 and my shampoos were made for each-other so wash as often as you want, provided you keep the routines together. and a day is a day no matter how many times you washed, it's still one rotation:-)

Yes it will only be ok until the hair tires of it then it won't like it again as a re-treat. Hair that doesn't have this situation, doesn't crave it ;-)

Using it or doing it too much will simply not work out well... but no harm done by it if you needed it it will like it :-)
