Can I just come in for a trim, and buy some basic shampoo and conditioner from you?

Of course, yes. And for the 'complicated stuff' it just depends on how involved your needs are. Doctorlonghair can deal with hair needs refreshingly easily on all levels, and at the same time is very capable of some pretty high-end long-lasting results.

At any speed, even basic care, is going to thrill you, and you'll be glad you asked. 'How much' isn't the issue like in typical salons, you'll be relieved that you came in for a trim. It's natural after great results, to want to take with you some of our 'basic' shampoo and conditioner(and Flexipick). You can stay at that basic-needs level if you choose, no problem at all. 

You'll still find Longhairs brand of perfection distinctively present even for your simple needs:-)

Oh and complicated? Somebody has to do it, and there's nobody better than LML to do it ....and it's not really that complicated, it just so happens Magicpacking  or  'kitting' may  or my not not be for you:-)

One of the reasons Louise Marie Longhairs created and goes to all the efforts to share them..is to do just.... that make you happy, and if you are we are happy too!When you're that different, you have to!

Our instructions were designed to produce the very best results (if you came to the studio she would show you just how wonderful these instructions do work)  but until then enjoy what you are doing if it makes your hair happy long hair...it's better than anything else out there for you, happy, if not then lets work on you understanding the instructions better because results are entirely reliant on method of use.

You alone are responsible for the results you get.. We just provide the tools. If you just want to not follow for the sake of not being willing to open your mind, that would be a whole other story.

Why can't I detangle using #19 Honey-Bee-Long treatment?*

#19 Honey-Bee ISN'T supposed to be combed thru, and that's why you can't.

If I put any detangler in it, it could not go in to the structure as deep, (the proteins penetrate totally on their own) and you couldn't use it as a skin conditioner... this reminder goes on the boards if it isn't there yet....and so the # 9 Trees does the closing and detangling for the #19 Honey-Bee and also provides the oils:-)

A) You can either pick up a Beginners Kit in person and try on your own to learn on-line with the tutorials.

or

B) You can either pick up a Beginners kit in person and learn on-line with the tutorials with a near-future appointment booked for a hands-on lesson appointment later in the month/weeks-to-come, if needed.

or

C) You can either pick up a Beginners kit in person during a hands-on lesson+treating appointment so you can be shown first before starting products, helps you learn the feel of what you are aiming for. Includes a feee follow-up visit. (most effective)

or

D) You can come and pick up shampoo conditioner Flexipick in any size review the directions on line and pop in for a free checkup or how-to appointment if needed.
